L.I.F.E. – Our Pathway of Discipleship

L is for Link.

These are the opportunities we have to share the gospel and introduce people to Jesus. The links are limitless as God leads us by His Spirit This is where conversations begin, relationships form, and people encounter the good news of Christ. We intentionally create spaces where seekers can ask questions, explore faith, and discover the transforming love of God.

I is for Immerse.

This is where we invite those who are responding to Christ to grasp the vision of the local church. Jesus modelled small-group discipleship as a place of growth, accountability, and belonging. For this reason, we encourage everyone to join a Connect Group.

The Immerse classes provide an opportunity to kick-start our journey with Christ through the study of Scripture—bringing revelation and understanding of our true identity, intimacy with God, purpose, and calling.

F is for Flourish.

Connect Groups become a vital environment where people discover and develop their spiritual gifts. As individuals begin to serve, they grow in confidence and maturity within the safety and support of church family. Scripture shows us that one of the greatest catalysts for spiritual growth is serving others as faithful stewards of God’s grace. As we serve, we flourish. 

E is for Empower.

E is for Empower

This is where we raise and release the next generation of leaders.

As Paul writes in 2 Timothy 2:2 (NIV):

“And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.”

Leadership multiplication is biblical. Rarely do people feel adequate to lead, yet the Bible consistently shows God choosing those who felt most unqualified to change the world. Why? Because the unqualified must rely on God’s strength.
